Life On Cape Cod

Awoke at 5:45 in our beachfront cabin in Dennisport today. A beautiful day, although it is raining.

Had a nice walk along the beach, and did my affirmations and do-in.

We had ice cream after a healthy dinner last night.

The wife is making coffee. I am making miso soup.

Then, we wake the kids and make our way to Provincetown for the day.

I love my life. This week on Cape Cod.

All my best to you today.

My life is to ease suffering, my own and others around me. It’s challenging to love people who are very different from me, but I’m committed to it. How can I help you?

1. Avoid chicken, turkey, hamburger and hot dogs. Buy organic beef, pork, etc. and cook them less, avoiding grilled, broiled, in favor of stirfries and soups, etc.
2. Avoid alcohol (except sake and beer, in small quantities) and have desserts only occasionally
3. Have boiled grain (b. rice, millet, quinoa, barley, spelt, oatmeal) with a pinch of sea salt at least once per day. Use sourdough bread and whole grain pasta. Chew grains well. 4. Do a body rub every day before you shower
5. Take a :30 walk outside before work
6. Make low-sodium vegetable or miso soup 2x per week

8. Eat lots of sprouts and kale, collard greens, green cabbage, chinese cabbage, bok choy, broccoli, cauliflower, summer squash, onions, etc.

10. Avoid high fructose corn syrup, and non-organic milk. Avoid MSG, table salt, artificial colors, nitrates, etc.

“It is hard to believe that a man is telling the truth

when you know that you would lie if you were in his place.”
– H. L. Mencken

The top ten most powerful employees of the dairy
industry are compensated an average of $500,000
per year in salary and benefits. It is virtually
impossible to be paid so much money and not follow
the “company” line…

By eating animal products, one shows no compassion
to the human body. By eating dirty fuel consisting
of cholesterol, saturated animal fat, and relatively
large amounts of sulfur-based amino acids (methionine
and cysteine), one places considerable stress upon
the body’s skeletal, cardiovascular and immune systems.

It is easer for the fairy and meat industry to
purchase a doctor’s integrity, than it is for a
loser-of-a-man to purchase the favors of a streetwalker.

Ten lies promoted by those who would have you
eat meat and cheese:

weights of infants of non vegetarians.”

Pediatrics. 1989;84

on most days of the week…vegans had higher
testosterone levels than vegetarians and meat
eaters.”

BBQ in Summer?

Who started the idea of grilling meat in summer? This is very harmful for our liver, kidneys, pancreas, testicals, prostate, and ovaries. Also causes skin cancer. Stick to grain and bean and veggie salads, and some fruits.
